Throughout 2025, World Medical Relief will host visits from the Wayne Health Mobile Unit, which helps provide several health-related services, including cholesterol screenings and COVID-19 boosters, free of charge to all who need them. Our September date will host Forgotten Harvest!

The clinic is scheduled to visit World Medical Relief on these dates from 9:30am-12:30pm.

April 16, May 21, Jun 18, July 16, Aug 20, Sept 17, and Oct 15.

 

The following services will be offered:

COVID-19 Vaccinations

• Pfizer (12+)

• Pfizer (5-11)

• Moderna 

• Johnson & Johnson

General Health Screenings

• Lipid Panel Testing (Cholesterol)

• Kidney Function Testing

• HbA1c Testing (Diabetes)

High Blood Pressure Screenings

Vitals Screenings

• Pulse Ox

• Weight

• Temperature

All services are FREE. No insurance or ID required. The Wayne Health workers do ask that those seeking services do provide some contact method, preferably a cell/mobile phone number, so that results and/or reminders can be provided for follow-up. In addition to the Mobile Clinic, there are other vendors on site to provide information and resources.
