International Container Shipment
Ship an entire 40-foot container of life-saving medical equipment & supplies anywhere in the world.
For more than 72 years World Medical Relief (WMR) has gathered surplus hospital equipment, surgical instruments, durable goods and medicines from our U.S. partners. Through our International Container Program, these resources are consolidated into 40-foot sea containers and delivered to licensed medical facilities around the world.
How the program works
Apply: Complete our International Request Form telling us where the aid will go and who will receive it.
Approve: Once your application is vetted, WMR curates an inventory valued at US $350,000–$450,000 and loads it for shipment.
Ship & Receive: We coordinate freight, customs paperwork and delivery to qualified personnel on arrival.

Formal record of sponsorship for both you and the recipient facility. Creates a lasting reminder for both you and the recipient facility.
Program handling fee: US $12,000
(Shipping costs & destination taxes vary by country; we’ll quote these before you commit.)
Proceeds cover sorting, packing, and administrative expenses; WMR is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
